Abstract

The authors analyze а condition of atmosphere in cities of Primorye Territory throughout the last 25 years. ln the zone of harmful infiuence of pollutants live 1.3 million people (64 % of the population) ... From the physicaL factors, the main thing is the dust with the excess of sanitary standarts to 22.7 times, And from chemical factors the main thing is nitrogen dioxide (to 34.5 times). The crisis of the 90th and the recession in production has lowered а part of emission of stationary sources to 52.9%, but has increased а part of motor transport to 47.1%, as
the most dangerous on its chemical influence, and in this connection the disease of the popuLation at the beginning of the 21st centuary has increased. ln the conclusions the attention is focused that such an unfavourable ecological situation is caused bу the absence of systematic approach to realization of nature protection measures, and non-execution of some programs and projects bу the Administration of Primorye Territory.
